One of my favorite directors of all time, Christopher Nolan comes out again with an Oscar nominee film. Only this time, he's taken on the challenge of making a war movie like no other. I can't recall the last time I've seen a war film that's never drawn a drop of blood but this film makes you completely forget about it. Dunkirk was actually filmed in Dunkirk, France at the exact evacuation spot. Which myself and hopefully yourself is not soo surprised. Christopher Nolan is a master of realism, from the physics of going through a wormhole(Interstellar) to the sounds of firing a Lee-Enfield No.1 Mk.III through wooden a fence. Dunkirk was also filmed in the UK, Netherlands and US. Click on the images below to see some of the film locations on Google Maps. Also, don't forget there's a comment section below all my blog posts. Comments are welcome and thanks for reading!
